About Me

My name is Ashlee Ketcham - mom of 2, and my mission is to help men and women attain their best physique by making of health & fitness a Lifestyle.


Having coached easily over 1000 people, I found that the biggest mistake you could do when it comes to fitness is pressuring yourself too much.


Men and women see this fitness thing like a huge mountain that seems so hard to climb - so they put in a lot of effort, they try very hard and ultimately stop because it's too much.


I help these specific people remove the limiting pressure by taking charge of their training for them.

Since I get a lot of inquiries, I implemented a system to efficiently guide through new applicants. These are your next steps in order to request my services :

1 - You apply for a free consultation call.

Before jumping on a call with me, I'll ask you to provide a few details about your current situation, your fitness goals and challenges. Being transparent with this info is important for you and for me to know whether I can help you.

2 - I will call you at the date & time you'll choose and we'll speak.

I will call you and together we’ll discuss what your current situation is, what the things are that you want to accomplish, what obstacles you might face and how we can help you bridge this gap.

3 - If we decide we're a good fit, we'll work together.

After getting a glimpse of who you are and what your goals are, we'll decide whether it makes sense for us to work together. No matter the outcome, you will receive valuable feedback from us on what you can implement for your business.
