My name is Ashlee Ketcham - mom of 2, and my mission is to help men and women attain their best physique by making of health & fitness a Lifestyle.


Having coached easily over 1000 people, I found that the biggest mistake you could do when it comes to fitness is pressuring yourself too much.


Men and women see this fitness thing like a huge mountain that seems so hard to. Climb - so they put in a lot of effort, they try very hard and ultimately stop because it's too much.


I help these specific people remove the limiting pressure by taking charge of their training and nutrition FOR them.
